The increasing usability of new technology has benefited everyone’s life in various ways. However, it has resulted in a spike in concrete cyber threats: one million people are victims of cybercrime every day around the world. Cyberbullying victims are among us.

Young people who are cyberbullied are likely to suffer from a variety of negative consequences. To name a few, they could begin to abuse alcohol and drugs, receive bad grades, suffer from low self-esteem, and, in the worst-case scenario, commit suicide.

With this in mind, the main goal of the “Think Twice Before You Type” project is to raise awareness about cyberbullying and its prevention methods among youth.
